Trying to Source a Coil Bracket

Very hard to find for the GQA2, I also seek 
if a manufacturer, we could release a series of coils for pulsepowers

yet last year, special coils
but I do not know if it still produces

Did it actually break off? I have never seen those anywhere but on those coils. I'm sure they were custom molded/milled. Is it just glued to the surface of the coil, or does it go down into the coil and is held in place by the epoxy mix that fills the coil? I have had great success using PC-11 Marine Epoxy. It works with most plastics, has no metal particles, and dries STRONG. The ears could be attached mechanically to the coil with 2 nylon bolts if you were sure you were going to miss the wires when you drilled, it is a mono though, so you would probably be ok, but I would try the PC-11 first.
Another possibility would be to find a broken whites coil and salvage its shaft ears, or maybe whites has a part that would fit it.
The coils of course are rare, but I have seen quite a few Goldquest SS on an Auction site for 500 or 600 and that would give you a replacement coil or 2 and a spare circuit board.

Unfortunately I stopped using those coil brackets a few years ago when my supplier closed his business. He was a one man machine shop and did them at a very good price. I got a quote from a bigger manufacturer of plastic parts but they were three times the price. The underside peg (1" diameter) goes through the coil shell and there was also a plastic ring cemented on the inside. The result was that it was cemented to the coil shell inside and out plus the end protruding beyond the peg was potted into the resin. Result was that breakage was very rare. All I can do now is look out for dud coils, cut out and re-machine the bracket, make a new ring etc. Don't have any of these either at the moment. Maybe someone has a spare coil as many detectors were sold with more than one size loop.

If someone could provide a drawing and the type of plastic I could make a few. The material type is kind of important so the adhesive will stick.
