Hi all,finally found some more gold after my last three beach trips were a bust. I only hunted for 4 hours and it goes to show how beach conditions play a huge part . The last few hunts the beach was sanded in but this hunt I started digging greenies right away so I knew I had a good chance for gold.

Finding gold like that makes all the other NO-GOLD hunts
seem like an old memory. Nice.........
 
Gold Is always good, what detector were you using birdman, congrats!
 
Hank68, I was using the Sovereign Elite . I usually use the Excal 2 but both of mine have shorts shorts right now.:cry: One is still under warranty and the other is well used and has been repaired once already.
