Two speaking engagements!...........

I traveled 140 miles yesterday to a museum to give two talks on modern treasure hunting. They are doing a series on different types of treasure hunting and asked me to speak. My first group was two classes of school kids 5th and 7th grade with several adults in tow.

Here I am talking to one of the groups. The lighting wasn't the best so the pic is a little dark. I spoke on equipment, digging techniques, laws, where to hunt, what you can find, types of detecting, Do's and don'ts, I showed them some finds then did Q & A.

Great pics, Mike!

I 'm sure those students were enthralled with your presentation

Hfortunate that they were able to have you there

The guy in the last pic looks WAY too much like me or vice versa (though I would have to add a few more pounds).

That is very cool to not only hear of you promoting the hobby but to see as many people you had in the pics there at one time is great. Congrats Mike and a well done yet again.
