Dug this awhile back near where old farmhouse was. There seems to be a natural bend in the stem and wide end could be a thumb lever???? No idea if automotive, livestock, or farm machinery related. May end up in the yard art box as a “b”, a “d”, or a “9”, or a “flat” in a musical signature....... Anybody????

It was an easy one. I make my living with horses.
Technically, it could be from a Mullen driving bit, but that's basically just a snaffle without the jointed center.
