Respectfully Sir, I cannot agree with you!
If, as you suggest that every living being on this planet be given a large sum of money, you would have eradicated poverty for that one day, but by the end of a short time you would have people who would be totally poverty stricken again, and would have arisen greed and avarice in millions more. Throwing money at a problem, weather in outright gifts or so called improvement programs for more sustainable life styles, has never ever fixed anything in the human condition. All the well meaning but utterly useless efforts of the liberal/ socialist ideologies of the past 100 years have proved that over and over.
Jesus said in Matt 26:11 "For the poor you have with you always" Until men's hearts and minds are changed there will always be people who are poor in worldly goods and people who are poor in spiritual things also. Unfortunately in spite of the best efforts of all of the Evangelists, preachers, teachers. missionary's, laywittness, etc. We as mere humans beings can never never totally change that. Only Jesus can, one heart at a time. By His own words in the parable of the seeds and the sower in the book of Matthew Only 1/4 of those who HEAR the word of God preached, will accept and practice it.
In spite of how badly we as Christians and believer's want to see the failing's, flaws, and outright evil changed in the world, it won't happen until Jesus returns and He sets up His perfect kingdom.
Thank you for listening.
