Unusual cloud picture!

This is a satellite picture of the southeastern U.S., showing the orographic cloud streaks left by jet plane vapor trails, which slowly drift eastward and eventually dissipate. This actually cuts the amount of sunlight reaching Earth, but nobody has figured out a way to eliminate this problem.

Sis, I've been modifying the door latch system and getting the airplane & asociated paperwork ready for the FAA inspector. Should be no problem, since it's very well built. It seems as though everything needs doing all at once, but as they once said at Hiroshima, "Things will level out!" (<-- bad joke)
Regards to all good forum folks from Ol' Frank

WOW! This really makes you think! I guess the only way to eliminate vapor trails would be to eliminate the use of jet planes. Did you say you had been off building a hot air baloon???
Welcome back! I've heard a lot about you, and it's all good.
