Picked up my old faithful and went swinging.
So out early doors today with the Vista Smart that I’ve always trusted but hardly use these days due to it’s hard to leave its super duper sharp brother the 30kHz Vista Gold Gain at home.
Now the ground is becoming softer I thought I would attach the Monster Epic coil on and go see what I can get from beyond the length of the coil, managed to find some items down at the length of the probe and a few items around the 11 to 12 inch mark.
Good days digging and this machine has never failed to no impress me with its overall performance, even though the high and low tones are not as wide apart as many of the other Vistas in the range it’s still very easy to hear what is what.
Good morning in the field and nice to see the broken hammered and old bird badge come up from the depths of the dark soil.
I always enjoy this machine and won’t leave it so long till its next outing for sure.
