Here is his email...............

Hi Mike and Friends;

I had my surgery today and everything went good. Here are some big
words; Laryngoscopy,
Bronchoscopy, Esophagoscopy, each of these scopes was used to search my
throat lungs and surrounding areas for more cancer and they found none.
They found the cancer mainly on my tonsil which they removed. The
cancer had spread to one small area and the tumor is soft and in one
single area which is an easy target for radiation. I start my radiation
treatment next week and my chemo treatments two weeks from now. Actually
this is all very good news and I cannot tell you what a relief this is.
Just to have a doctor look into your eyes and tell you that you have
cancer is an unexplainable heart sinking experience. I thank you all for
your prayers. Also, God has blessed me with so many wonderful friends!
His mighty hand has been in this thanks to the prayers of his servants -

God;s hand definintely is in all this. Continued prayers for Al. BTW Mike, when you talk to Al next. Would you ask how his son is doing. Its been what a year, maybe two now since he had gotten electrocuted. Am praying his son is pretty much back to normal by now. Keeping both Al and his son in my prayers.
