Scott arrived safely in Chicago, Illinois, and is in camp for the Navy Seals right now....he is supposed to graduate in 9 weeks, so Wanda and family can attend his graduation! I'm sure he will look great in his new Navy Uniform or whatever you call it!
Tami, called yesterday, and I found out that Joey also joined the Navy....don't know which branch....and he's also in Chicago and is in boot camp! She said he was supposed to be graduating in 5 weeks and isn't looking forward to going where it's cold. Hawaii would have been more like it for her!
She doesn't like the cold at all! Apparently both left on Jan 22nd to take their training!
Please pray for Tami and Troy to get the electric back on where they are staying in his brother's house, as they had a terrible amount of ice and they couldn't even get out for her to go to work, Wednesday! They are now staying in Cape Girardeau (where she works) with his nephew and family and she is already ready to leave and go home but needs electricity back on sooner than 15 days, which has been told to them before they can return home! The tree in the front of the home has been completely destroyed by the ice! Cape has electric, so she has been working. Troy is in construction work and isn't working! Thanks for your prayers for them!
God Bless! Betty
