Well the company that buys houses and resells them only offered me $115,000 cash....which is absolutely ridiculous! Cliff almost laughed outloud in his face! I could have rec that in 91 before I spent money on repairs, a new furnace, a new garage door and opener, new windows and doors, gutttering, roof, leaf relief and covering for the eaves and all wood that was exposed! Now, Cliff and I have done all this painting and exposed my hardwood floors except for his room and they want to give me $115,000 cash! Ha.....most houses are selling for $170,000 to $180,000 at least when they do sell.....I agree the housing market is slow and lots of homes for sale here and in Cuba, MO!

I know God is with me and made a way for Cliff and I to see this home (that wasn't even on our itinerary to see) and buy it; so I know He will make a way for me to sell this home to the right people, at the right time and at the right price! Our God is goooood and doesn't forsake His own!

Please pray that we get this house finished and listed for sale and sold before Aug 28 closing date! Thank you so much!

Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for Your mercy and Your grace in helping me to get this house sold as soon as possible!

Thanks everyone for your prayers and I know God will provide a way where there seems to be no way at times, for satan would have us to look on the darker side of life and be worried and stressed, but I know my Lord and Savior and He has been with me for a long time and I have prayed for many, many years that I would sell this house to the right people, at the right time and at the right price and also to buy one praying the same!

Now is the time for me to move and wasn't able to when I had been looking and trying to prepare for moving! When you've been in an area and home as long as I have, since May 1974, it is hard to pack up and leave! Almost need to light a match under me! :rofl: But that's older folks for you! :lol:
