UPDATED INFO AND MAPS FOR SEMINAR WEEKEND!!! :crylol:

Hi everyone! The seminar weekend and hunt is only a few days away. Here is some info, maps, and changes to the weekend schedule. Please make a note of these! I have stopped sending registration forms through the mail to avoid anyone not receiving their info before they leave for this weekend. If you have recently sent your entry to me, I will call you to confirm the receipt of your registration entry forms. I will hold your registration receipt for you at the registration table saturday morning... all you need is ID and you'll receive your registration receipt when you sign in. Everyone who has received their orange registration receipt, please bring that to the registration table saturday morning. If anyone has not received their registration info, or have not received a phone call from me, please contact me as soon as possible. I will post the maps and info below that you would have received in the mail so that you know where to meet us and anything else you want to know. If you have any questions, Call Mike at 314-602-9827 or e-mail me at mmj827@sbcglobal.net.

Please note the following changes:
> There will be no Explorer guided hunts on Friday. The Explorer guided hunts for saturday and sunday will go as scheduled.
> There will still be an informal meeting at Forest Park picnic site friday afternoon as scheduled.
> All late fees for registration will be waived. Registration Fees will remain at the normal levels through the saturday morning registration sign-in period.
> We will accept registrations on the saturday morning registration sign-in period. This way if you want to come at the last minute, just pay the fees then.
> There are no plans for providing lunch saturday or sunday at this time. there is several restaurants close by that you can get lunch, or bring a lunch to eat.
> If you want to attend the weekend without paying fees, you can join Guvner for some informal hunting time in the park. Please note - you must pay the basic
50.00 registration fee to participate in the seminars, guided hunts, one-on-one hunts, most raffles, sunday morning planted hunt, prizes and awards. All attendees
not paying are requested to vacate the picnic shelter area during seminars, but you are welcome to join in on the announcements, lunches, and other
"non-seminar" activities. If you have family or friends attending, but not hunting or registered for the events, info on alternative entertainment around the park or
the area will be provided.

HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR YOU

Directions from airport to the hotels: Exit airport and look for signs to I-70 West. If you are leaving from
rental car lot, ask for directions to I-70 WEST. Take I-70 west to I-270 SOUTH. Take to I-44 East. About
7-8 miles look for Hampton Exit. Go down exit ramp and turn right onto Hampton, but stay to the left for
an immediate left turn on to Wilson at the next light. Once you turn left onto Wilson go past Dirt Cheap
Cigarettes and take the very next left for Holiday Inn (the entrance is not marked, so look carefully) - drive
straight past the front of Forest Park Cafe and you'll see the awning at the hotel entrance ahead. For
Red Roof Inn, continue past turn for Holiday Inn and the next left turn will be for Red Roof Inn - it is well
marked. The lobby is at the front corner of the building where you turn into the lot.

We could not get any special rates for rental cars but here are numbers for the major rental car places
at St. Louis Lambert Airport - they all have shuttles from the airport to the rental car lots near by.
