Used the Dual Field and found mostly junk (a PI thing) with a couple of coins and a small senior ring.

I've never seen a ring with these markings and discolored as this one is so quickly.

It is for the class of 2009!

I should have no problem returning it, but am puzzled by what these markings (ACCR PSS PAT. PEND) mean.

It isn't any kind of gold I'm pretty sure.

GL&HH Friends,

CJ... they are making rings out of Yellow Lustrium same characteristics as Lustrium, but yellow in color because of coating yellow gold. doesn't it stink when people go cheap lol...

Craig my Friend,

Thanks for the info!

Any idea what that lust-stuff is?

In this economy people are lucky to go at all!!

fancy word for recycled material or made in china--only a guess-ya can ask the person when ya return it to them unless they threw it in on purpose

The last two class rings I found are H.S. rings and both are made of Valadium. I guess with the price of gold so high lots of people are opting for stainless steel rings. I think we'll be finding more and more of them, at least the high school rings.

accr stands for art carved class rings !!! and if i remember correctly they use some weird composits to make there rings. don't think they are worth anything at all.
