Do you like him any better now?
No?
Me neither.........
Then you're not a racist.
Hi everyone,
I posted a few days ago that my computer finally kicked the bucket after 11 years. Losing a computer is almost like losing a family member; I had 11 years of information, photographs, saved emails, email addresses, etc. that cannot be replaced or easily replaced. I had been backing up family photographs on disk, so didn't loose too many pictures.
Craig ~ yes, I did buy a new computer last winter when I thought that this computer was about to crash for good. My new computer came with Windows 7; by the way Butch, I detest Windows 7. It is the most unfriendly, unnecessarily complicated and overly-enhanced piece of junk I've ever seen. If I didn't know better I'd swear this was done by Barak O'bama and his cabinet. I have tried my best to get used to this program, but it is ridiculously incompatible with me. For example, if I want to click off a page, I hit the X and what pops up but a little box that says "Do you want to delete just this tab or all the tabs?" There's a little box in the bottom of that message that says "Click here to delete all the tabs all the time" but there is no little box to say "Just delete the tab I want you to"... Duh! There's no way around this I have found. Anyway, that's just one example of things that drive me up the wall. You tell the computer to do something and it questions you in some sort of cyber cross examination. Well, this is what I'm using right now, the new Windows 7 program on the new computer I bought last winter, but I will not be using it for long. I will find a computer that uses the XP program, even if I have to buy a used one, or have a computer programmer install it in this program. I will not spend the rest of my life with a smart mouthed computer that talks back to me. So anyway, my posting may be intermittent before I get squared away again.
