Caught 3 hours of low tide at mid-day today and water hunted the most accessible area of our local sanded in beaches.

Some of the toughest water hunting there is because of the large stone masses that make up the substrate supporting the sand.

Targets are getting scarce, but I ain't compainin at all when I can bring home gold and silver!!

My Dual field, Diablo and I brought home a few finds worth huntin for.

The usual bullets and fishing weights along with a few clad coins and nickles were joined be these rings and two silver pieces of jewelry.

The rings are old, in fact I would say they are antique.

The man's ring is .35 Troy Oz's of 10K and the ladies ring is sterling silver w/ a pretty stone that may be Aquamarine.

This is the beach area I have started calling "The Boulder Field" and it is still producing.

GL&HH Friends,

CJ

PS White's if Yer listenin, I've about wore out the coil cover on Mr Dual Field and I would appreciate it if you could see Yer way clear to send one out to this Old Hunter!!

Great Job ! I always look forward to see what you find. I almost bought the dual filed but ended up with an detector pro head hunter PI.

Nice old antique rings.
Congrats !

Many Thanks For Your Kind Replies Friends!

This AM I popped the onyx outa the setting and the ring now weighs .33Troy OZs.

The stone isn't as heavy for its size as I thought it might be.

Hey, I'm OK with that!!

GL&HH,

CJ

Thanks for your reply mudpuppy!!

Over a three day period this Old Hunter put in a total of 9+ hours diggin in the rough stuff.:)

As a gent who has passed his 70th year, I'm pretty proud of myself!!

The most important thing I have found "out there" is peace of mind and lots of fresh air and exercise.:detecting:

All the rest is icing on the cake!!
