I am getting 200.00 bucks to spend on whites site. I need to know what is best the 4x6 dd or 5.3 coil? I want to go deep?

The 5.3 is a concentric and the 4X6 is DD which is much better in separation in trashy places I myself like to pinpoint with the concentric coil as I think its faster but really its what you get used to.
Good luck and if you do not have the 5X10 DD that is a must buy also
Don

Going deep is not the purpose of ether coil. For me the 5.3 would be the deeper of the two.

These are not deep seeking coils but will be good on heavy trash sites. The deepest of the two coils will probably be the 5.3.. Just my opinion.

I see there is a 6X10 DD but I feel it my be too close to size of the coil that comes with it. I have read the 4x6 only goes about 6 inches deep. Here in Indiana the soil is good for running full out. So If I can run with the TX on or the Gain at max which one should i choose?

I'll let someone else give opinions. I'll just say I wouldn't run either one the way you described. As your question was answered, the 5.3 is probably the deeper of the two in most cases.

The 4x6 beats 6 inches in depth. It is a very impressive coil IMPO. Run it hot. martin
