VA has a end of fiscal year 140 million surplus in budget.so what did the newest govenor of state decide to do.He decided that the poor over worked state workers needed a 3% bonus raise.You got it thats 82 million dollars gone,the poor babies he said hadn't had a raise in 3 years.My heart bleeds for them,ask yourself this when is last time you or I had a raise like that.Or better yet is even working,or about to lose everthing,let alone put food on the table.And heres the icing on the cake.The other 58 million is to be spent on unspecified one time expenses.And where did they get this money do you ask budget cuts and services cuts.Yup way to go VA screw as once,but to screw us twice shame on you.I just cannot believe that american people vote these jackasses in office.So much for the common man, it must be nice to give yourself a pay raise when every you want,without asking the people who put you there.whether you deserve one.:veryangry:
