VCO program/Red soil settings?

I'm headed to red soil country (Central VA) this weekend to hunt and have been wondering how to best use by D2 in those conditions. I came across this VCO program:


Has anyone used Paystreak's settings here? What are they, exactly? And did they work in highly mineralized ground? Or is there another program I should consider for that kind of environment? TIA.
