Vibraprobe Mod?????

I was doing a web search on how to MOD the VIBRAPROBE. I have seen it around here I think last year. Something to do with adding a ring of metal somewere up the probe shaft???? Does anyone know where the mod is located? Thanks
 
Dont think ring of metal will work on vibra probe, its a PI.
Ring will work on VLF and some BFO, type probes.It increases the flux
in and around coil core.you wont to lesen eddy current at core and increase
megnetic flux. See if you can learn how to make a magnet stronger without adding
more current or more wire,you might get it.
