Much as eating them. I just Love to catch them. As Kids we ran drop hooks baited with fresh bull blood tried to trees over the creeks around here that was big enough to put a john boat in.

Here a Photo of my Brother that lives here in Abilene. He catched 8 to 10 of these Yellows a year. This one was about 50 LBS. My biggest is 33 1/2 LBS 12 years ago. We catch them from shore are deck rods with live shad or hand size poach medduim to I left all Heavy action rods in Houston by misstake. Lake Fort Phantom Hill is named after a1851 Army Post just a few miles down the road.
