Vietnam and Metal Detectors

Cody

New member
I appreciate the comments about Vietnam. I agree that this is a forum for another topic and frankly don't recall what I said about those years and my service. It was however in Vietnam that I became interested in metal detectors.

When I first got into the hobby there would be one or two guys with an old military detector using them to find coins. It seems odd to see them in the parks with one strapped on their backs looking for coins and jewelry. You know how that goes........I had to try one to see how good they worked.

Have good one,

Yep, we are all hopelessly hooked on detecting, either you really like it or you show no interest in it. Regards.
