I had a few nice finds today in one of my old areas, I found 3 tax tokens, 3 wheats 41/42/20s, an old vintage $1 dollar safety token and a old 1940s/50s kids ring, vintage aluminum 10 cent play money Thought I had a silver dime when I saw the white flash, piece of a locket and a 1954 Norwegian 1 ore HH to all

Great to see some cool stuff coming up for you!:clapping: What did you ever do with that little turtle?

Mud, I still have him he is in my collection. I won t get rid of him he is my lucky turtle

Interesting finds. I found some type of play dime before and really had my hopes up it was real, but still have it packed away in my finds box. HH.

Nice bunch of finds you got. I bet that older ring would look real sharp after a nice dose of jewelers rouge polish using a rotary tool.

Thanks John I will have to try that

I remember finding one of those little aluminum play money coins in my first year of the hobby. I desperately wanted to find my first tiny silver nickel (fish scale). Or half dime in the U.S. I believe. I remember the lift then fall when I realized what I had, lol ! Still a neat find though. I find many objects to be quite interesting in this hobby, from marbles to aluminum 40's-50's cloths pins etc.
