Hey there. I was just browsing to see if anybody had any luck at Virginia Beach with the OLD stuff. I have done zero research so far, but we are going to be there on vacation the 1st week of Sept. and I was contemplating brushing off the dust on the detector and taking it along.
I've had the detector maybe a couple years now. Found it in a pawn shop minus the battery pack for $125. It works great. I grew up using my dad's 6000 Di series 3. This 5900 is sooo much lighter and easier to swing. I haven't had a chance to do much hunting with it, but I do miss digging up those silver coins! One of these days I'm going to get back into this hobby and stick with it
