Can someone tell me about Virtual Earth ? Is it a stand alone program like google earth ? A program to buy? Or, does it run in a browser and which one is best . I have been looking the web and all of Microsoft sites and all I can find it how it works and screen shots of how it is I cant find where to get it or view it
