Vista Gold or Smart Plus?

I'm getting ready to purchase a Deep Tech Vista Smart Plus. I'm in Virginia and mainly hunt colonial sites with super heavy iron. I see that the Vista Gold had a faster recovery speed. It's at 25 Hertz and the Smart # 15 Hertz. Which one of these should I purchase?
 
I have the smart plus and love it , it's great in iron , I'm sure others will tell you about the Gold ,I used to live in chesterfield co. near the court house hunted in a lot of the surrounding counties never got to Hanover . I live in Bedford co. now ,which ever you choose you be happy.
 
I use the 8" coil to get around trees brush etc. It's solid so no spokes to hang up and it's deep the 11" separates in iron also. I've got good targets out of nails with it.
