Volume Excalibur

When reading the Sovereign manual it suggests to turn the volume to max. Since the Excal. is a close relative to the sovereign do you suggest raising the volume to max?

I run it in max. Lets me hear those deeper targets better.

On the Sovereigns I always run the volume at max as this is the target volume and this is what you want for those weak deep signals. .

Unless u have excellent teen age hearing why would u reduce the volume of targets? In the water you are really trying to hear more of the deep targets. Thats also why most of us dump those bad yellow dive headphones.
