Waiting for the ground to thaw!

Congrats on the new detector!

By your post count....you must have used detectors before. I'll guess that you pick it up quickly.

Only advice(like I should be giving any...I have about 20hrs on the detector and only 8 of that was with ground that COULD be dug) is read the FAQFAQ...play with the detector...then read the FAQFAQ again. I think all the answers are there.

PS Read ALL of it...there are little gems in the 30/50/70/305/505 sections too.

We thawed out down in this corner of the State last week. In fact I went to the local park and dug up a Barber dime.

Unfortunately, it snowed again yesterday and appears winter has returned. At least for a few days. I don't know who is more upset the ground is covered. Me or the robins? HH Randy

We got dumped on this week! A total of about 15 inches or so! Monday we're supposed to get thunderstorms and 50 degrees! Hopefully all this snow will be gone! This Ohio weather is just like a woman!

Bummer here too. I have a new 705 and the ground is hard as a rock and the snow keeps coming down. Having a new toy makes it hard to wait for spring.
