Daniel 9:3-4-5....And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes (in other words let us humble ourselves in the sight of Jehovah God) And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love Him, and to them that keep His commandments!
((The new covenant is to Love God and Him only, and put no other gods before Him and to love one another as He loves us, His faithful saints and servants))
We have sinned , and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from Thy precepts and from Thy judgments: (6) Neither have we harkened unto Thy servants the prophets, which spake in Thy name to our kings, (presidents) our princes (ungodly rulers and leaders) and our fathers (our forefathers who settled America as a Christian nation through the Constitions and Bill of Rights (which are now being ignored) and to all the people of the land.
The Isrealites had become fat and lazy and wanted their own ways, just like today! May we humble ourselves unto God in Jesus' precious name and ask for forgiveness for all our sins and be the servants occupying in the place of Jesus in the USA and other nations in our Lord Jesus Christ until He returns for His own by crying out to God and having love and unselfishness in our hearts instead of being power hungry, greedy, hating one another and loving God, Who loves us so much that He came in human flesh and died for us in a most cruel and horrible way while bearing all our sins upon Himself, Whose salvation gift is free and the healing of lost souls, mortal bodies and nations we have when we love, obey, glorify and worship God in spirit and in truth! We've Victory in Jesus, so please believe and accept Him as your own personal Savior, too, and be blessed with freedoms that no other religious people have but Christians, true believers in Jesus' virgin birth, death and resurrection! The love and mercy of God never fails! Amen!
