Both ebay and amazon have listings for Andy Sabisch's Quatro / Safari book. If all else fails, try one of those.

I looked at ebay, the shipping is about more than the book, and you pay tax. I was trying to get Andy, but haven't got anything from him yet. I though someone might have one that they don't use any more that i could get from them. I would buy from them before ebay.

In some of the used book stores on line I find a copy or two that are priced higher than it was new. Here is one other that I see lower than original price. I did not look at their shipping charges.
