Both units work well. GT comes with a straight rod. XS control box only. 3 search coils

10" Tornado works but insulation has peeled off wiring
Coin search coil ,..works fine.(previous owner shortened the coil cable (so this wouldn't work well if you like to hipmount
5x10" Coiltek light weight coil in excellent condition. (this coil is not waterproof but very easy to swing)
Sovereign XS -2 ID meter included. (converted to 180 meter by previous owner) I never used this but plugged it in...

wonder if this is one of my Sovereign I had and sold as I had it sold, but was missing the coil, so I put my 8 inch coinsearch coil that I had shorten the cable, thought maybe mounting the coil would help and it did. Easy to mount and dismount on a extra shaft, plus it made it more sensitive and have missed it and wonder if this is the same one. I did the meter and changed the 550 to a 180 also, so this maybe one I set up. Is there the rechargeable battery or charger. On the GT I think I seen the battery and charger come with it,. I am trying to replace 2 8 inch cable right now s I hope to be able to fix the 10 inch cable on 10 tornado coil. So for this price you want sounds like a good deal even if I havent detected for a few year I need something to work on detecting stuff. Let me know how you want payment as for $320 shipped is a deal hard to pass up.

Got the package on Saturday and was told by the postman that there is a sticker on it saying possible damage, which had a hole in it a crushed. Well took everything out of the box and sure enough the GT was in pieces as the case was broke and was in pieces, but I had t check and turned it on and got a threshold tone and dint go any further. I tried the XS and heard nothing, but in a quiet area I could hear barely some threshold , so added 1 coil and can see it is working with no volume. I tried a set of headphones I have for louder response and could hear it, but not very good. Next I opened it up as it seen it something get disconnected or if some one had tried to did one of those mod kit, but before I got that far I seen some put that remote pinpoint switch in it, so I am not sure if someone put in in wrong, but I disconnected it and tried it and with headphone it work normal, but when I took out the headphones it only had a very sight volume, so the speaker I think is bad and dont know why disconnecting the remote pinpoint made the difference, but at least it is working now with headphones. Tried all the coils and everything seem to be OK and tried the meter also, so it works great too.. next I will have to find some cable to the 10 inch coil and repair it if I can as coils are hard to find for the Sovereigns it seem as anyone that have one wants to keep them. The coinsearch coil is not one I did with the shorter cable and the Joey coil is OK too and it seems to work good along with the coinsearch coil is great as the coinsearch was the best one to learn the Sovereign with and to me shortening the cable it made it more sensitive for me.
It cost enough on your end to ship it, but sure the price is like everything has gone up . Normally the USPS is good, but the UPS is where it took a lot longer to receive and chance are the box was damaged, so Minelab even had to replace one of the boxes and that one with nothing in it was crushed too.
