...Ive been keepin track of what Ive been eatin, and when-somewheres around 50-70%LESS than before-END RESULT??A 71/2 Lb. LOSS in a week!!!Havent been really hungry, eatin more fruits and veggies;NO FAST-FOODS,DONUTS,SWEETS OF ANY KIND-Although,I DO have cravings;and could eat everything not moving, but Ive come a week;and Ive got a GOOD start-Im lookin to lose 40-50 Lbs.or so.THIS WEEKEND will be my true test-Im goin to the in-laws,and they have everything but the kitchen sink in their house to eat thats NOT a good thing-ESPECIALLY these special donuts my mother in law buys;because I like them-and DO I:surrender::sadwalk:......WILLPOWER,DONT FAIL ME NOW!!I will let y'all know if I fell off the food wagon this weekend,or not.....Steve!!

Prayers for strength to pass the donuts and sweets by and continue your road to a thinner and healthier you! I did it when I was 51 and lost 25 pds attending Weight Watchers, but as soon as I quit eating like I was told to do, I gained that 25 pds and lots more.....too difficult now with arthritis and sickness! Just not worth it to me, but I know I would feel and look better....but it would be a constant struggle for me, as I only averaged a pd a week in 4 months and that was with floor exercizes and by riding a stationary bike twice a day! Good luck and best wishes to keep on, keepin' on losing the weight! :) God Bless! Betty

on the weight loss (about what I have gained since being on crutches  )

You need like a 'taste tester' someone to sample all the goodies....til they are gone. Then you won't have to eat any

Keep at it Steve. I dropped from over 300 down to 250 just eating low carb foods and staying away from grain products.

Me (over 300 pounds) before the low carb eating.

I don't think of it as a diet....especially when you see what you can eat. Great stuff.

I'm 257 as of today..still want to lose more and stay under 250...225 would be even better.

BTW Steve Sherry told me to tell you if you don't have protein you will lose muscle...can't live on just fruits and veggies.

Here is something to look into if interested in finding out more about low carb living.
