i am going to buy a water machine this spring! any suggestions???? fresh and saltwater use. i am considering a cz21, sandshark, tigershark. i will most likely buy used and as cheap as possible. please go into detail with any advice you can give,

Sorry, I cannot help you on info concerning water machines....but there are many on this forum and others who can help with advice and Good Luck and God Bless in finding lots of goodies with whatever you purchase!

I have a CZ-20 and love it. The 21 is the new version. If you but a high end machine you may pay $600 - $700 used, but the midrange ones you can get for around $400. I have a good friend who due to illness will be selling all of his equipment in the near future. He has a fisher 1280X and his land machine is an Explorer.

It's deeper than about anything out there. Works in salt and fresh water also on land but as with any PI would drive you nuts with the signals from junk. I read a report where a fellow went to a park and hunted an area with a high end Fisher land detector and found well over 100 targets. Sounded great to me. Went over the same area with the Infinium and had over 1100 targets. It's made to handle Australia's mineralized soil. It can be hip mounted and there is an after market straight shaft for land hunting that gives it balance. I want one, I want one, I want one.
Whatever you choose, have fun.

Ask God for His favor in your getting one and maybe, just maybe you'll get one for Christmas! :) Ya can always hint to Him and others! I would get you one if I could afford to do so, but alas.....not much money here, me brother! God Bless!

you might consider the CZ20. Same as the 21 except for a new pinpoint button type. Let me know if you like the 20. ( I have a friend that has two of them and mentioned he might sell one and it is in good shape.) Mine has paid for itself many times.

..Ive been told it doesnt work too well in it-all I use mine in is fresh water-WORKS GREAT IN FRESH H2O!!
