Water proof headphones

New member
I'm fairly confident this subject has been beat to death here. I am looking for a good pair of waterproof headphones for my Pro. I really like the idea of volume control. I do know the Blue set is kinda loud and you can't decrease volume. Anyone know someone who wants to trade a Nice AT Pro for my Whites MXT W/ extras? Please share thoughts on which phones to get. I really plan on using the water proofs a lot here in FLA.

Keep in mind also that Grey Ghost Amphibians are the ONLY waterproof choice if you care about having a volume control.

I've never tried the Garrett waterproofs so I can't say how loud the volume might be when used with the AT Pro but the Amphibians are extremely (perhaps dangerously) loud at full volume. I have some hearing loss and typically still only run the Amphibians at a volume of about 5 to 5.5

Going with the Gray Ghost Amphibs! Today!! I definately need the volume control. I also have hearing loss in one ear. I really want to see if these new phones will allow me to hear very faint signals.

Thanks all for your input!!

The amphibians have only ONE volume control. You can not control each speaker independently.
I have two pair and given a choice I will never go back to the Blue headphones.
