water scoops?

Which in water (wading) scoops do you guys recommend using? There are so many choices. What have you found to work best? What mods if any do I need to think about..also, what about teathering options? Looking forward to picking your brains.

I use the Beach Brute II and been very happy with it. It has a 8.5 inch wide bite, and drains quickly, plus it can be broken down if need be. I added another handle mid way up to help with the recovery...

Check it out at Kellyco. Remember you pay for what you get, buy a cheap scoop and you will break it trying to dig in the wet sand one day.
