waterproof earphones

The submersible headphones in my detector (Fisher)are too big and garish.People immediately notice it when detecting among summer bathers.
Does someone know where can I buy submersible earphones or at the least smaller headphones to replace the ones in equipment?

Maybe you could somehow wrap the crucial part a set of these earbuds in some thin plastic and possibly make them waterproof. Just a thought and haven't done it myself.
