I have seen it do this a couple times before, wasn't too concerned.. then it go worse ( my camera got wet and wouldn't cooperate any more so I didn't get the best pics of it when it got really bad.)
Later I looked over the hill to check on things, and saw my neighbor from across the lake,up to his ankles, out there with a shovel, digging a drainage ditch on top of the dam. I guess he thought that would ease the pressure,, Idiot..
I walked down to the lake to talk to him and suggested that it might be better to let the lake overflow evenly across the dam, and the drainage ditch might cause some major erosion." I guess you must be pretty concerned , he said, to come down here to talk to me..I'll just dig a couple more shovels full to get the grass out of the way".......IDIOT...the grass is whats keeping the dirt in place... NUMNUTS

I hope I still have a lake to fish in this summer.
