[attachment 118220 detectorfinds2-14-2009001.jpg]Weather was good Saturday, so I took the Bounty Hunter out to try and set it up for Joan to use. Found what appears to be an old hinge, tablespoon, 1989 Lincoln, a handle from an old wood cook stove, used to lift the top plates(I think), open end wrench, and some type of small spike nail. Most finds were around 5 to 6 inches deep. Better things will come.

Yes, the better coins will come by removing the iron objects which null them out too often! Good luck in the old areas and may you find many goodies to post!
