Fun is it, I do it for fun, exercise, to clear my head, meet people and to get away from sweetie sometimes, just dont tell her I said so, It is nice to get a bonus in your scoop sometimes, I feel most of us dont do detecting as a job.

Look at it this way you may have saved an entire Family from having a bad vacation. If one of those old hooks were to end up in a kids foot that could have spoiled there vacation.
