Weekend and Monday hunts another dime trifecta Equinox and Deus

Well-known member
I was hunting in the big park near my home where I’ve pulled lots of coins out of and I had a small area that I decided to grid off. Well I pulled two mercury dimes and what appears to be an old slick copper.
And the 1918 Canadian dime the old key and Dandy were found with the Deus and some clad and wheats.
Today I went to a park that’s about 20 minutes from my home and a spot in the park my friend had hunted this weekend and got 4 silver dimes it’s very big area with lots of newer growth cedar trees and I started finding lots of wheats and spent .50 Cal casings all over apparently this spot was used for Aircraft shooting well I pulled 5 silvers in about 3 hours today and I’ve just scratched the surface of this untouched area I know no one has detected here.
Then in a clearing I found a box which contained all the jewelry mostly junk but very strange to find it in the Middle of the woods can’t wait to go back taking my Deus 2 oh and one musket ball also with the Deus.
Happy hunting

I’m wondering if the jewelry was stolen and left in the woods for later retrieval. Or the person realized it wasn’t valuable and left it behind. In any case, you made some wonderful finds!! We just never know where we are going to find treasure !

While silver is always a great, I like that brass key the most. Good hunting.

Thanks everyone had another great weekend yesterday and Saturday.
