weekend Galveston hunt with Gulfhunter

Took weekend off n spent it on the beach, one of my grand daughters birthday. Friday night hunt produces bout 1.90 in clads, fishing leader n few pull tabs n a twist of juice top, spent bout 3 hrs in the surf,it was nice n flat, Saturday nite Gulfhunter n i met at the waters edge bout 6pm, i had already pocketed 1 ring n 31 cents for 30 mins. hunting then we got serious with the surf god. we kicked on the surf gods door for bout 4 hours, i ended up with 3 rings, 1 gold, 1 925 & 1 junk, a nice crucifix, very small chain, nitro ear ring, 3.30 cents in clads, i think! EXCAL was in high gear for sure!
