weird metal ring

I dug this ring a couple weeks ago and am having trouble I.D.'ing the metal it is made of. It came in on my etrac as numbers 14/14, 12/13/, 13/13, and so on. So I figured it must be white gold. Not so! Not marked, and when I did the bleach test on it, it it turned black. The band was already split when dug, soo I figured I'd squeeze it together while passing in front of the coil, still get same readings, is it possible that it is silver/gold? I have dug gold/silver jewelry before but, never the other way around. Here are 3 different views of the ring, y'all tell me what you think......nge

Cool looking ring! I'd invest in some acid tests from ebay. You can buy a whole set for around $20 and test your finds for gold/silver.

Interesting ring. Could be a toe ring, they do come in silver.

Good luck finding out what it is.

Nice find.. my guess would be a Nickel plated ring, thus the nickel type of tone & ID's.
