Well, Chris & Tom have been joined by Roy and I think they are headed out of NH.

I hope Charles and others have left at least one or two silver in NY for them to find.

Last year Chris was hoping to find about 50 US silver coins on their trip and he ended up with 58. He figures this trip ought to produce about the same, but I haven't had a report in from them since after they hunted a day with Scott in ME.

On that trip Scott found a 1771 Spanish 1 Reale, they reported, and Chris got a Spanish cob, about 2 Reale size, and a King George Copper. Tom's find that day was an 1859 Indian head. That was Friday, and on Saturday Chris only got 2-Mercury 10

Why would anyone let some strangers take a cobb from their best site and then skip town?

Thats a 1600 coin most of us would kill for-

jeez-I think i'll start travelin the oldest parts of the USA demanding to be taken to quality sites-- seems like it pays off-
