Well, I just ordered a Tread Mill, it should be here in two weeks, this baby .....

has every thing I need, I can simultaneously view my speed, time, distance, incline, pace, calories burned, heart rate and more. It has Hands-Free Motion Control so I can adjust my speed by simply waving my hand over the handrail

I decided to get a tread mill because now I can walk a quick mile every day before work without leaving the house, plus now I can walk as much as I want in my home and monitor my heart rate or just walk while watching my sports programs not to mention it gets pretty hot and humlid here in Bama in the summer, I get enough of that at work

Time for dinner, carrots and brussel sprouts!
