From the land ofthe Bluenose..hope they work. Will be great for frolicking through the woods. Never wear them here save for water digs...too paranoid after all the years of dogs and other assorted wildlife sneaking up on me!

I purchased a set of wireless headphones made by SENTRY Mod H0900. They wern't made for metal detecting, but I thought I'd give them a test with my ACE-250 and another brand. The electronics in both detectors caused inteference that made them unuseable. They work well for what they were intended but not for my Garrett. If you have better luck, I'd be interested in info. I think that the ones with a scanning system would be problematic. The single frequency transmitter would appear to be better. The one I have is scanner. Dirty Don.

Your going to need a detector that can use different channels, so there is no interference. My explorer SE can do that, so it doesn't pick up other detectors or electrical interference nearby. I don't know if garrets got something like that.

The transceiver was a little big for my liking. It worked well on my GTA 500 and GTI 1500. The guy who sells them was using a set on his ACE 250. He sold the ACE a while ago and also included a free portable headset with it.
