General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

WELL, IT FINALLY HAPPENED-RIPPED OFF!!

Well, after being a member of the FINDMALL FORUM for a yr. or two before the current registered date of 05/26/05, I FINALLY GOT RIPPED OFF!! I'm
posting on this to let everyone know of a relatively new member by the name of JOE REGAN of DAYTONA BCH., FLA., aka HERPCONDO!! He posted
(5) Items For Sale with Pictures on Nov. 21, 2009 (see post-- Sand Scoop, Pinpointer, Treasure Pouch, Finds Pouch, and more,,) asking for $50 Plus
$12.00 Shipping FOR ALL OF IT, postal m.order ONLY, " and I will get it all headed your way"!! On Nov. 23, I saw the post, sent a p.m. stating that I
was interested, but had some questions, but he needed to CALL ME, and he did. After answering my questions, I told him that I wanted the items!! That
I would send him a Postal M.O. tomorrow for $62.00, and that I would call him after leaving the post office to let him know, that the m.o. was enroute, and I
DID!! This was THANKSGIVING WEEK, so mail was delayed. I called him after (4) days, but payment hadn't arrived yet! So, I waited a couple of days more
and HE CALLED ME to let me know PAYMENT RECEIVED!! He stated that HE WOULD SHIP ITEMS TOMORROW OR DAY AFTER, which was O.K
with me!! I ASKED HIM to EITHER CALL ME or E-MAIL ME, when he shipped, so I would know how he shipped, and could expect it in about a week or so!!
NEVER RECEIVED a CALL or E-MAIL (POOR Follow-Thru by HIM)!! Then I called him after (3) days, and he returned my call and left an ARROGANT MESSAGE that he was BUSY WORKING LONG HRS. at WALMART, and that they were shipped to me (NO FURTHER INFO) So, I waited a FULL Seven
Days from Arrogant Message Date, and packaged arrived. Everything was as he described, BUT NO Bounty Hunter PINPOINTER (one of KEY WANTED
ITEMS)!! I didn't panic, I called him and left him a message concerning the MISSING PINPOINTER, and POLITELY asked him to call me, WHEN HE GOT
A CHANCE. That nite at shortly after 2am. HE CALLED me and GRACIOUSLY APPOLIGISED for the mistake, and that he had misplaced the Pinpointer,
and would MAIL IT OUT LATER during the DAY!! I said NO PROBLEM, MISTAKES HAPPEN!! Again, NO FOLLOW-THRU CALL or E-MAIL.
To keep from making this post any more lengthly, IT HAS NOW BEEN A MONTH since doing the deal, and STILL NO PINPOINTER!! I don't expect it
at this point, so I wanted to let everyone know about this guy!! Les Robinson
 
Dang-Hate to hear that- some guy got me several years back for $40.00, don't remember his name now, but he kinda disapeared from the detecting forums after i turned him in on feedbacks-:usmc:
 
Maybe he just forgot or something..Give him another call and jog his memory and insist on a partial refund..or the pin pointer.
Again man sorry it happened to you. One of the truly good guys.
 
This ALL COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED!! If only JOE REGAN aka HERPCONDO of DAYTONA BCH, Fla., SHOWED SOME CLASS, and attempted to KEEP ME INFORMED!! I get very AGGREVATED when PEOPLE are SO IGNORANT, that they think the WORLD REVOLVES AROUND THEM!! It took
a FULL MONTH to complete this deal, and with his attitude and A LOT of phone calls on MY PART, there was NO REASON for this DEAL TO END THIS WAY!! Anyway, I wanted to set the
RECORD STRAIGHT!! I just won't DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN!! Les Robinson
 
hey that's bull$#@%,like everyone here said you are good guy LES he should either send the pointer or most of the monies back to you or be banned! from the site period.in this day and age we all need to stick together and if this guy is a fraud and it appears so, then he should be banned from this site!hey LES i am with you buddy he wont get my money.maybe the moderator will give him the boot?OOOPS! DIDNT READ THE REST,anyhow glad you got the pointer LES,herpcondo did the right thing.merry christmas
 
Les I've been very lucky likely done over one hundred deals mostly buying, came close once but the support of members I'm sure is the only reason things worked out.

The moment I do a deal that is my priority in life, to make sure it works out. Dan

That guy should be gone report him.
