When I got up this morning at 8 A.M;it was 67degrees out side...NOW,at 9:35AM;its down to 58....rained,too-time to consider puttin the M/C away:sadwalk:for the winter-the GOOD NEWS in this is my sister said I can keep her in her HEATED BASEMENT for the winter...:wave:THANKS,SISTER!!!-AND:There is still PLENTY of M/D ing to be done-Maybe not the H2O;too cold-There is an old country school house a few miles from me;its not posted NO TRESPASSING;I might just try and look up the owner.....Lots of beaches,parks,BALLFIELDS-PETE???);etc,etc....I never got down to that beach club this year-Thats when I went to the Keweenaw....I could probably squeeze a weekend in to get down there,if I can get ahold of the owner;and get a motel.....SO:Water's too cold???SO???That $1,000.00 14kt diamond ring I found this summer up north was UP IN THE SAND IN THE VOLLEYBALL COURT;NOWHERE NEAR THE WATER!!!SO:We can all hunt the ground,till Jack Frost puts an end to it!!!

i had to break out the sweatshirts and extra blankets. the days are still mild though. great MDing weather for sure. now if I only can find the time to get out there more.
 
BRRR....winter will be with us too soon, but right now it is nice weather and the trees are almost full of color in my area and are as you travel the highways south of St. Louis, MO. I wish I could get to MD before the ground is frozen, but with my illnesses it is difficult and do the work I need to be doing to move and get house ready fo sell. Like dobbie, I need to find time to get out and that seems to be out of the question, as Cliff and I need to get things ready to move to Cuba, MO, before the really cold weather sets in and also the furnace needs to be turned on down there, too!

Still too warm here in St. Louis for heat, but won't be long until we do, as usually turns colder the end of October and will need the furnace working instead if the A/C. :rolleyes:

Have fun and stay safe WG Steve while traveling and detecting and so your Motor Cycle is a she, so what name have you given her...HUH??? :) God Bless and Good Luck and stay well too! :angel:
