...We went to Rochester to find a SWEET guitar shop I used to frequent-IMAGINE my surprise and dismay when I found it CLOSED!!!:unsure:....I wanted so much to grab a new 6-string;and get my fix of"TENNESSEE FLAT-TOP BOX",by Johnny Cash;later done by Roseanne Cash.THERES NOTHING like goin into a guitar shop,and playing every acoustic I can get my hands on-THEY ALL MIGHT LOOK SIMILAR;BUY THEYRE ALL DIFFERENT-just like people. I grew up learnin to play"DUELING BANJOS" on my acoustic-Ive never been able to find anybody with a bluegrass banjo to play it with.The Carter Family's"WILDWOOD FLOWERS??"you betcha........BUFFALO GALS???:thumbup:I guess Im gonn have to go over Flint way to a Guitar Center-MY version of Heaven:angel::laugh::thumbup:
 
Well, you can't find what you want unless you try and go looking for it! I really like Wildwood Flowers and Buffalo Gal...these are songs I was raised up with and still enjoy hearing them and Johnny Cash and the Carter Family, Mama Maybelle, June and etc. May God Bless! Amen! :angel: Betty
