I bought the V3 but so far I cant get much to work; I have not yet heard any sounds from the detector speaker, Corded headphones or the wireless headphones---The instruction Manuel leaves a lot out as I have not figured out the sequence of how to set up the detector to do much of anything---I hope I don't have to sell it---I never thought I would have so much trouble learning a unit---I have Not learned much about how to get it to do what I want it to do---It certainly is not like the DFX or any Detector I have ever owned in my 47 years of hunting for my First Gold Coin, From what I see it should be the best one Whites has ever made From what I saw when i saw the dealer demonstrate it---I was lucky to find a Dealer who had one as they are 1000 units behind in orders---That means it will be one popular detector, It sounds like in the same amount of time it will out sell the MXT---If you are ready for a new computer that will make the DFX and MXT look like kids toys, Go out and buy the SPECTRA V3---I think it will give a MineLab a run for the money !
