Well, it's mild here (for now) but there was just a bit of a drizzle of rain... I covered the Exp and hit the area where I picked up the 13 silvers last week. This time I when back with the 12.5" and cranked the sensitivity up. Picked up some clad and these two:

Got another silver too! 14 so far this year! It was deeper than all the rest. Couldn't pinpoint because of all the junk around it. Even after I dug the plug, I wasn't sure. The probe was picking up iron in all metal but there was just a little hint of a better tone. Dug down a little deeper and it really sounded nice

Bumped into another MD'r that I've seen before. He told me he's been hunting this place for something like 10 years and couldn't believe I found so much silver. He hunted another area of the field and picked up a silver Washington and a nice (bent) sterling silver spoon. He told me he was picking up coal where he was digging and I guess there was some other stuff mixed in that was giving him some good tones. I'll have to hit that area He doesn't have an Exp (right Mike?)
