Went back to the hunted out farm...

well went back to the farm I had to beg and plead to hunt because the owner said it was hunted to death and I would not find a thing......well first trip I used my x70 and did not get a single coin. Last week I went back with etrac and got a 1919 wheat and a 1917 merc.

Figured I'd try again today, first target was the soap token and man that baby was a good 9" deep. That explains why the other guy did not get it.

Then got the silver looking pin, I have no clue what it is? any ideas?? I am digging every single signal here just hoping to get stuff the other guy passed up. Got 3 wheats, 1910, 1918, 1929, a pocket knife, button that says excelsior brand,,,,and finally my first buffalo of the season!

This year I have dug a war nickel, V nickel, shield nickel, but no buffalo nickels. I couldn't find one to save my life. And I am digging a ton of nickel signals! I am pretty sure it is a 1919

hahaha, I am no one special, I just have a LOT of patience. And when someone uses the words "you won't find anything it has been hunted hard before" it just motivates me that much more!
