Found and old horseshoe with the nails still in it, two shell casings, a button, I think that says L.E.I. and "embrace your independence" on it. Also found some type of cow pendant, and old can/bottle opener, what appears to be a handle, and something that I can't figure out. Some clad came up, but nothing old. May get out for awhile tomorrow, before work.
 
Glad you were able to get out. It was fun, even if your didn't find anything old... right?! I REALLY like the cow pendant!

LEI makes jeans, it is likely a jeans button. Keep at it, the oldies are out there.
 
that's pretty cool finding the horse shoe with the nails in it
 
Getting out as often as you can to go :detecting: and having patience finds the goodies! Looks like an old area, so I believe you will find the better coins and relics! I, too, like the cow pendant! NEAT!!! :) God Bless! Betty
 
nice finds! Yesterday I was out for 3 hours and only got modern clad, but I got exercise, fresh air, and a bit more $$ in my clad jug!
